Description
Berlin is one of the most amazing places of Europe. Visitors
arrive here from all parts of Germany and the world. The
school is located in Friedrichshain - Kreuzberg, just
few tube stations far from Alexanderplatz. The fascination
of this district is considerable, since it allows to experience
in one of the most intense way the contrast between the
present and the past history, between the east and the
west. The food, cafes, pubs and small local theaters are
worth to know. The cultural life is very attractive for
young people.
Lodging
The school organizes lodging with or without breakfast
in family houses or apartments.
Academics
The school offers intensive courses all the year and special
summer courses in July and August. The courses last at
least one week, but can be extended several months. Different
courses can be combined, also individual classes. The
intensive courses last 6 months at the most and have 30
hours per week, elementary and intermediate level. The
summer courses are divided in agreement with the linguistic
competence. There are different levels. The groups are
small and receive twenty classes per week of 45 minutes.
Academics
The school organizes trips of a day and excursions. During
them, the participants know classic Berlin, Unter den
Linden, the University Humboldt and Brandenburg Gate.
The rest of the wall of Berlin can be seen, admire the
cultural Museum of Pergamum or other treasures and make
a trip to Postdam.
