Description
Frankfurt is located between the Main river and the Taunus
mounts. It has innumerable historical monuments of great
architectonic beauty and is also host of important industrial
companies, insurance agencies and banks. The academy is
located in the district of Bockeheim, easily accessible
through diverse transport.
Lodging
The school offers lodging in shared floors, individual
houses, or family houses.
Academics
Each course lasts four weeks. There are several levels,
from beginners to advanced training courses. The students
work in small classes, of 6 to 10 students, what guarantees
an effective learning. Course options include individual
classes, and standard or intensive courses.
Activities
The students can walk the historical city of Frankfurt
and its many monuments and sites of interest: the native
house of Goethe; Römerberg, the old center of Frankfurt;
the Imperial Cathedral; the old Garden, an archaeological
site with Roman excavations of century I A.C., the Old
Opera of Frankfurt; or Sachsenhausen, the district of
the South margin of the Main River, with typical cider
bars. Also trips to the cities of Fulda, founded on year
744 with an ancient monastery and a famous library; Koblenz,
located in the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers,
with smooth and benevolent weather throughout the year;
and to Rüdesheim, a point of attraction for the English
romantic painters and German of the XIX century.
