Description
Bonn is synonymous of modern Germany. It is located in
the valley of the Rhine, between the Siebengebirge and
the Eiffel and enjoys a rich inheritance of more than
2000 years of history. It was a place of the royalty,
host of an important university and birthplace of Beethoven.
AIB occupies a mansion of 1907 located in the downtown,
near the Rhine, in front of the University Park. The classrooms
are equipped with the last technologies. The school have
a computer lab with Internet, study-rooms and a small
library.
Lodging
AIB offers to lodge in the house of a German family or
a shared apartment.
Academics
AIB gives German courses for academic and professional
needs. All the courses satisfy specific requirements of
the student or the group. The objective of the beginners
course is to offer the students the basic rules, the vocabulary
and to prepare them for the individual study. The intermediate
and advanced levels are focus in developing the special
skills, like reading, speaking, writing, negotiation and
dominion of the language for technical or specific aims.

There are diverse leisure and cultural activities: trips
and guided visits, weekend excursions to the south of
Germany, to cities such as Erfurt, Weimar, Nuremberg,
Munich, Dachau, and the Alps, to historical and cultural
places in Colony, Bonn and neighbourhoods, and a cruise
along the Rhine River. Bonn and the near Colony offer
immense opportunities to know both cities' art and musical
life.
